Opening an account with The Safe Deposit Centre is simple. * There is no need to make an appointment during the week*. All you need to do is bring proof of identity and proof of your address to get started. The application process should only take around 30 minutes.

What You Will Need

We accept either a valid passport or a valid signed photo card driving licence as proof of identity. They must be current and in date.
For proof of address, we require two of the following documents which must be dated within the past 3 months: utility bill, bank/credit card statement, mortgage statement, HMRC tax statement, NHS letter or a local council tax bill for the current year.
